Group Leader - Enviromental Science
A major consideration for this position will be the ability to significantly contribute to the sales, profitability and management of the business and its people through business development, also, to lead the development & training of leading edge technology and their applications and thereby add value to the Group services. Based in Perth some of the requirements for this position are as follows :
- Qualification in Environmental Engineering/Science
- A minimum of 12 years experience in a related position
- Knowledge of State & Federal legislation & management systems
- Proven technical expertise in one or more of the Environmental Sciences
Planning, Botany, Biology, Marine
- A demonstrated track record across the project lifecycle including strategic planning of projects, due diligence, feasibility studies, detailed design, project management, tender & construction documentation, contract administration and handover
- Good computer skills including Water Management & GIS tools
- Able to work to deadlines and under pressure whilst motivating staff
- Good oral & written communication and presentation skills
- Be a strong supportive team leader
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, customer focus and business analysis skills
